The hotel has a small but fully equipped kitchen in the mezzanine, along with a small kitchen area, tea/coffee facilities, and complimentary water. The mezzanine toilet, bed, and lounge chair were a little small, but the service was exceptional, especially in guiding me from the airport. The location is central yet tucked away from the main street, making it perfect for exploring the nearby pedestrian street and attractions like Plaza Mayor and Gran Via. While the dining experience was good with a varied spread, the selection could have been a bit more diverse. Overall, a comfortable stay with great value for money.

I had a delightful stay at Room Mate Laura hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and minimally furnished with a nice modern design, making them cozy and unique. The service was exceptional, with super helpful and friendly staff always ready to assist. The location couldn't have been better, situated near major tourist locations and just a short walk from the city center. While the dining experience was satisfactory with a good variety, the strange duplex room layout and bathroom in need of refurbishment were a bit of a drawback.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is superb with easy access to many sites and restaurants, and the rooms were perfect, offering a serene view of Calle de Trujillos from a private balcony. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The dining experience exceeded my expectations, although more options would have been appreciated. Overall, a fantastic choice for a Madrid getaway!
